Manta
Lliclla is the Quechua word for Manta. The lliclla is constructed by the joining of two rectangular weavings to form a single square. In traditional culture, the lliclla is worn as a shawl, wrapping over the shoulders of the women. It is also used to carry babies or to transport things. The largest of these items are more often called mantas and these can be used as blankets or table cloths.
